back of house
We are always looking for applicants for kitchen positions. Line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers. Our kitchen staff is responsible for putting out our menu items in a consistent manner, keeping their work areas clean and sanitized, understanding food allergies and quality issues, and staying on top of food safety standards. Our staff keeps their areas well stocked, and communicates with the rest of the team to make sure we have a proper amount of stock prepared for the day. We understand the environment isn’t ideal (it gets HOT!), and the work isn’t always easy, but we try to keep a fun, fast-paced, organized atmosphere to make the day fly by! We recognize when our kitchen staff go above and beyond to keep our food quality consistent and delicious!
